Terms of Hire

The ‘Hire Company’ is Atelier Creative Au
The ‘Client’ refers to any individual, couple or company hiring items from the ‘Hire Company’ who has made a hire booking.
The ‘Item/s' refers to all hire items  isted on our ‘Hire' page supplied to the ‘Client'.

The customer agrees that by reading and understanding all the terms and conditions list below along with making payment, they agree to all clauses in our terms and conditions below.

To secure your items for your date, full payment including refundable bond deposit is to be made at time of booking online.

We understand things change, the client can cancel at any time, but acknowledges that they will forfeit the paid hire fee due to limited quantities and availability of our hire items. 
Your bond will be immediately reimbursed.

We hold a $100 refundable security and damage bond which is paid upon booking your hire item/s. This is return when item/s are returned to hirer and are in the same condition as when they were collected and within booking period.

Any unreturned or beyond use items will be charged at full replacement cost to the client.

For everyday not returned, a $25 fee will be charged.

The client allows the hire company to use any images used on social media that displays the creative use of the item/s hired while at the clients event. 

Once item's are picked up, the client becomes responsible for all liabilities relating to the agreed item/s whilst in their possession until they are back with the hire company.

The hire company shall in NO WAY be held responsible for any injury, death or loss of income caused to the client, staff at venues or any third parties or properties due to the hire item/s provided by the hire company.
