She’s one of Regional Victoria’s most respected wedding planners (with an incredible eye for styling, too). She truly lives and breathes the wedding industry, and we’re so proud to have her on board to offer this next-level experience with Atelier Creative.

We are so excited to introduce you to Melanie, our expert wedding planner.
You know that feeling when you think you’re travelling along really well, and then you meet someone who shows you how much further you could go? That’s Melanie. I was happily cruising along until she and I joined forces, and she made me realise how much more was possible. Now I get to watch her do the same for our couples, lifting their wedding day beyond what they imagined.
She is the calm amongst the chaos, the one who asks the questions you don’t want to ask, and the one who plans your wedding so meticulously that there will be things you never even knew she did for you.
Before turning her focus to weddings, Melanie coordinated major events for the likes of Paul McCartney, the Australian Open and Sia. For the past seven years, she has brought that same logistical precision and calm under pressure to weddings across Victoria and beyond.
She’s the steady hand behind the scenes, a sounding board when decisions feel overwhelming, and the quiet troubleshooter making sure nothing lands on your plate on the day.

- Custom-designed signage and stationery, from menus and seating charts to welcome signs and table numbers
- Full styling installation and pack-down by a dedicated team
- A complete planning timeline, with budget tracking and supplier management
- Ongoing guidance and support whenever you need it
- Hand-picked suppliers in each category (3-5 options), with availability checked and pricing negotiated on your behalf
- Site visits in person, so nothing about your venue is overlooked
- Consults by video call or face to face, whichever suits you
- Tailored wedding day documents and planning tools
- Rehearsal coordination and preparation in the lead-up to the day
- A coordination team running your day smoothly from setup to the final farewell
- Supplier wrap-up the day after
