The Process



If you are reading this page, yay! You might be very close to picking your invites, seeing them come to life and before you know it posting your invitations out to your loved ones. If you have any queries with the below, please don't hesitate to get in contact.

Make your selections and add to cart.
Once you have checked out from our online store, please ensure you have filled out our Wording Form. We will reach out and confirm your order within 72 hours of ordering and let you know if there are any queries. 

The Design Stage (aka the fun part)
The design stage is where you finally get to see your names together on your invitation. Please allow to 7-10 days to receive your first proof. You will receive your proof in a PDF ready for you to review. We will then work together to finalise your design. We provide 3 rounds of changes, after this rounds of changes are $40 per round. So please ensure you check over your proofs with a keen eye, getting a friend or family member to go over it is always a great idea.

This process can take anywhere from 1- 2 weeks depending on the number of changes and your response times. If you have a custom design, this can take a little longer due to the tailored aspect.

The Print Stage
And then it is printing time! We will set your files up for print and hit print.
Digital and white ink printing allow 1-2 weeks from print approval.
Diecutting, foiling, letterpress please allow 2-3 weeks from print approval.

Postage or Pickup
Once we have your received your invitations or stationery from our printers we will carefully package them up and post them to your nominated address or you can collect in Bendigo. 
We use Australia Express post for majority of our posting but occasionally we do use local courier services for larger fragile items.

Please keep in mind that if you are choosing your invitations or stationery to be posted, once they have been posted they are no longer our responsibility. It is not often that there are delays with Aust Post, but unfortunately once we ship our packages any shipping delays are out of our hands.
